JMH Inspections has been performing inspections since 1999. Our HUD certified and qualified inspectors will perform your annual inspection following HUD’s UPCS Protocol. We provide computerized reports, which outline deficiencies, health and safety, as well as a score for the overall inspection. The report also documents the critical areas identified during the inspection.
Training:
We offer training seminars on UPCS Protocol. This training is for Housing Authorities Executive Directors, managers and maintenance personnel. The class emphasizes areas to concentrate on when preparing for REAC inspections. We’ll help your staff prioritize deficiencies that are most critical to your overall score.
